Return Terms

Host.com.tr customer from the services purchased; hosting, hosting products can request a refund within 15 days from the date of sale without any excuse.
Unconditional return conditions are only valid for newly purchased hosting packages. Products, services and renewal payments such as licence, domain, SSL are excluded from the scope of return.

If the customer has a refund request, he/she is obliged to notify Host.com.tr customer service via e-mail.

Host.com.tr can perform the refund in the form of money order, EFT, cash or partial refund of the credit card transaction. In refund transactions, the refund will be made to the source determined by Host.com.tr, after deducting the cost required for the refund transaction.
