General Terms of Use

For all our packages, the following terms of use are valid except for the User Agreement.

The e-mail quota per account for all our packages is 250 MB. The e-mail sending limit is up to 100 pieces / hour. host.com.tr may change the hourly submissions.
Backups taken by the customer are hosted on the server for 15 days and can then be automatically removed by the system.
Packages cannot be used for purposes that contradict the concept of web hosting such as file sharing, file/data storage, download centre or backup area.
Packages cannot be used for bulk / spam e-mails. host.com.tr may restrict hourly submissions when deemed necessary.
The customer is obliged to back up the data he/she has. Our company cannot be held responsible for possible data loss.
100% transport guarantee cannot be given for free site migration service.
Unlimited features are based on good faith use. The aim here is for our customers to use their packages in good faith without any limits. There is a CPU limit application based on this principle in the packages. Goodwill monthly traffic usage checkpoint is 50GB. Goodwill disc usage control point is 10GB.
Unless otherwise stated in our packages, the CPU usage limit is 20% of a processor core. In certain packages, this rate can be up to 50%.
Unless otherwise specified in our hosting packages, the file number limit (inode limit) is 150,000.
In all hosting packages, peer (park/alias) domains can only be used for peer broadcasting of the existing website. For uses other than website publication (mail, etc.) host.com.tr may suspend the relevant services without notice.
Addon / Alias / Peer / Park domains used in hosting services can be used if they are registered as a domain name service in the user account. In case of using domain names that do not belong to the user or registered on a different company, the proof of the right to use the domain name belongs to the user. host.com.tr may stop the publication of these additional domain names and remove them from the hosting service when deemed necessary.
In our shared hosting infrastructures, it is not allowed to use any functions or libraries that may affect server security.
No additional functions other than the php functions provided on the control panel cannot be provided in the shared hosting infrastructure. Our users who want to install 3rd party modules on my standard applications (Wordpress, Opencart, etc.) must install applications by checking these functions.
Our users who receive service from our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access rights.
It is not allowed to use exec, escapeshellarg, popen, proc_open functions which are php functions in our shared hosting infrastructures.
host.com.tr may periodically monitor resource usage (CPU, number / size of files, MySQL, MSSQL, Traffic, Disc usage, etc.) and may ask the customer to reduce its resources. In cases where package limits or bona fide usage principles are exceeded, the system may automatically limit, stop, redirect to a special page or perform limitation.
host.com.tr may make IP, server and infrastructure changes for active packages without notifying the user when deemed necessary, regardless of criteria such as resource usage or server performance.
The use of benefits such as campaigns, promotions, discounts, free additional time, etc. is company and personal unless otherwise stated. In the event that the use of the benefits provided from accounts created under different names, e-mail or telephone records, etc. is detected outside the framework of the specified rules, host.com.tr may suspend the relevant account and service without notice, and may request the user to pay the difference arising from the relevant benefit.
Each account has a single administrator account. If a user opens accounts with different or similar names or information, host.com.tr may suspend the relevant accounts and services without notice. It may close access to accounts.
host.com.tr has the right to terminate and return the service at any time without giving a reason.
host.com.tr reserves the right to make changes in hosting packages and the items affecting these packages and all other elements.
Domains Not Allowed to Register / Transfer
Domains that do not comply with the items listed below are not allowed to be registered, transferred or hosted on our servers. Domains that are found not to comply with these rules may be deleted without prior warning.
