As Host Internet and Communication Technologies Limited Company ("HOST"), we respect the personal data and related persons we process while continuing our operations and activities, and we show maximum sensitivity to the security of personal data within the framework of current legislation and universal values. In this direction, as HOST, we care about the security and confidentiality of all personal data of our customers. HOST carries out personal data processing activities in accordance with the regulations in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data Controller
Subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the LPPD titled "Data Controller's Obligation to Inform" introduces the obligation to provide information on the identity of the data controller. In subparagraph (ı) of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the LPPD, the data controller is defined as 'natural or legal persons who determine the purposes and means of processing personal data and are responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system'. In terms of the implementation of the LPPD, HOST shall be the 'data controller'. In this context, the 'identity of the data controller', established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey to operate in the field of information services Mahmudiye Mh. Şehit Ahmet Ersoy Cd. No:17 Akdeniz / Mersin and continues to exist without interruption.

Processed Personal Data
Your personal data may be obtained by HOST directly from You or through the information You provide through the website. In case You are an individual customer, Your personal data collected and processed in this direction are Your name-surname, e-mail address, telephone number, reference number, address, date of birth and Turkish ID number.

If you become a corporate customer by creating a corporate account on our website, your personal data processed are your name, surname, title, authorised person information, Turkish ID or tax number, telephone number, e-mail address, reference number information.

In the event that we establish both individual and corporate customer relations with you, in addition to your personal data mentioned above, your personal data such as bank account information, date of birth, signature circular, passport information, IP information and browser information where the service will be used, telephone call records, your social media account information if you contact us via social media, and your information on the cheque in case of payment by cheque are processed by our Company.

If you pay by credit card, credit card information is not kept by us, only the name, surname, first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card and the expiry date are kept for security reasons.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The personal data in question are processed by HOST based on one or more of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK, in accordance with the personal data processing principles specified in Article 4 of the KVKK. The purposes of personal data processed by HOST are as follows:

Fulfilment of legal obligations in order to determine to whom the customer account belongs,
Confirmation that customers are real persons and fulfilment of legal obligations in this context,
Confirmation of domain accounts in accordance with ICANN rules,
Ensuring security and customer confirmation in case of suspicious situations related to the created accounts,
Obtaining mandatory information in terms of .tr domain registrations,
Registration of licence products,
Ensuring security
Execution of domain name registration procedures,
It is mandatory to create certificates in accordance with the scope of the SSL services received,
Carrying out marketing activities,
Sending commercial electronic messages for advertising, promotion, marketing and campaign purposes,
Ability to communicate about services and customer requests and complaints,
Execution of customer support requests,
Creating orders and tracking the order process,
To be able to follow up and resolve customer demands and complaints,
Tracking of back orders,
Realisation of payments,
Ensuring transaction security in credit card payments,
Realisation of payment and invoice transactions, execution of accounting transactions,

In case of a support request for the software used, HOST delivers the support request to the relevant manufacturer company and provides remote access to the relevant companies,
